Eve has a motley collection of stuffed animals that she calls "The Guys" and to whom she is very attatched. For Christmas Scott and I wanted to get her a sock monkey but we were a little concerned about how the new guy would be accepted by Bear, Otter, Frog and No-Snow (the pink bear).Luckily, along with the sock monkey Eve also got two Curious George books for Christmas. One of them all about a pancake breakfast (which Eve loves) and it did the trick. I hope she's always that easy to please at Christmas.
Raised in a small South Dakota mining town where he learned the value of a sturdy pickaxe and native tubers, Scott is a man's man who knows the meaning of the word testosterone. Apart from devouring freshly slain beasts of the forest, Scott enjoys sharpening his tools, lifting heavy objects, and throwing a ball at a hoop suspended ten feet off of the ground. He also enjoys Romantic Era poetry and Italian cooking.
